Holding back the years …

A blast from the past. A trip down memory lane. A sneek peak into the pomp and glory of the yesteryears. Lets turn back the clock as we reminisce the good ‘ole times when cars were a novel mode of transportation. Lets open the door into a time when cars where not the way as they look, perform and provide the kind of riding pleasure as they do today. These cars left not only an indelible mark in the anals of history but also represent the kind of atmoshpere and identity of history itself. The classics are really the images that reflect what we are today.

This blog contains vintage cars, collectibles and not so collectible ones, and features the triumphant and turbulent epochs in history when they thrived. It attempts to trace the roots of these four-wheeled transporters and how it evolved from a necessity into a status symbol. From Karl Benz, Emile Roger to George Sedan, we will highlight these forefathers of the automobile industry and chronicle their contributions that led to the evolution of the auto arena.

So buckle up. Don’t you worry ‘coz this won’t be a bumpy ride at all as we embark on a journey the retro way. Very, very, retro. Take a glimpse on those wondrous years and become mute witnesses as these geniuses of the past display their passion, grit and determination in pursuit of the development of the auto industry. Sure enough, they have already reaped the fruits of their labor with the drastic evolution of the auto world today.
